What should be my BOWP Application date if my WP is expiring on 29th sep 2014...Should I apply on 29th May 2014 ? If you have AOR which I think I will get in december will my BOWP will be sure ?

Yes, its best advisable to apply it on or after 29th May, 2014.

AOR is a requirement before applying for BOWP. You will get it or not will depend on you meeting all other eligibility criteria, submitting all required documents and filling forms diligently. Gladaki you have same month with mine my WP will expired at Sep 30 2014, so I will apply BOWP same like Iam Toby give advice. Thank guys..
But I don't know yet, the company will continue extent my WP if not I have to apply my BOWP by myself, if don't have offer employer, do i can still get it? Thank pls give me advice
