Hey there!
I'm a Canadian-born citizen, though I've not lived in Canada for over 50 years, having emigrated to the US when I was 4 years old. Since then, I've become a naturalized US citizen, though I have an old expired Canadian passport and of course my birth certificate.
Now my US-born spouse and I are considering moving to Canada. We would not consider moving there until my wife has had her immigration application approved.
My question: Are there any complications for a non-resident Canadian citizen sponsoring a non-resident US spouse?
Thanks!
