Hey,No updates yet. My documents delivered on 17th. I talked to them, they suggested me to wait till Monday (29th) afternoon

You don't have to worry about the return label and return envelope. I confirmed with BLS and they said that once we get your passport back with PCC from CGI, we will generate a return label and send your passport to you.

I dont think so there is any option for counselor service under pick up and drop off. Are you talking about payment option by: applicant or call center?Should we select consular service while filling details in pick up drop off page??

Bro it's better to call BLS office because you need PCC and PCC comes under Passport services so just double check with them if it's possible to change it or you can create a new pickup/drop off label but then you have to pay again.i selected consular what should i do nom??

You can drop off at PurolatorGod. BLS is not answering the call.
