BLS-PCC Coming back negative ??

Asking this on behalf of a friend...

My frnd has applied for PCC from BLS and he believes that the PCC will come back negative..

Does anyone know what happens in this situation? Does BLS contact CIC and let them know about the negative PCC report or they just return the negative PCC report to the candidate/applicant?

Anyone with similar experience?

I don't think BLS cares about the information on the report. They forward it to the applicant whatever they received from the consulate. If your friend believes that the report is not correct, he should contact the consulate directly.

I am not saying the report is incorrect... I am saying that the report will come negative - not OK...

Question here is - if the report comes back as not good (negative) - will BLS inform CIC about this or not?

CIC will find out anyway if your "friend" makes any sort of application to CIC. Therefore, I'm curious about the reasoning behind the question...

The reason why I asked this question is we wanted to know if BLS will inform CIC about the negative report and I got the answer...

PCC will be issued only by CGI. BLS would forward your application to CGI and it's CGI who would issue your PCC. BLS is just a third party which is authorized to collect your applications on behalf of CGI and they have no authority in issuing PCC.

If PCC is Negative, they will not issue PCC. They will inform the applicant about the outcome and it's the applicant who has to correct it by contacting the officials who issued the report (back in India) either by bribing them or other ways... or get PCC back from India....

And people wonder why CIC rejects so many applications from certain countries...
