Birth certificate requirement for FSW

Hi Guys.. Need help..


I don't have a birth certificate. But my birth date is mentioned in secondary school certificate. Will that work? Or Do I need to submit any additional supporting?

Birth certificate is mandatory. Mine was in non-english language so I had to get it converted by a notary.
You can always get one made don't you.
