Please help, me and my husband applying for PR. Do we have to legalize sign on birth certificate, marriage certificate etc.? We are from Europe. Thanks

Do you mean notarize? Do you have original certificates? You just need to scan the originals and upload. If they are not in English or French, then you will have to get those translated.
