When I opened "check full application status" in express entry website, It showed unfilled bio metrics number , date of bio-metric enrollment and expiry date of bio metric. do I need to get the bio metric?

You will receive a letter asking for biometrics.

don't we go for bio-metric after receiving an ITA? if so, then why they need bio-metric details now?

No. They will ask for Biometrics when they need.
