Hi there
I completed my biometrics on the 1st October 2020 and my study permit has still not updated; it still says ‘we have not received your fingerprints.’
However all the biometric information is valid (I checked using the online form ) and my Biometric enrolment number etc is available on my profile. Do I need to follow this up ? Or do I just have to sit and wait for it to update. It just seems an awfully long time.

Yes mine got updated on March 19. Did you check if your bio are vaild on the IRCC link? Also do raise webforms, and write a mail to the immigration office of your country about the same.

Yes my biometrics are valid.. I checked. I have raised a web form. I'm from India as well.. Can you please share the email id of the immigration office?
