Hi there
I completed my biometrics on the 1st October 2020 and my study permit has still not updated; it still says ‘we have not received your fingerprints.’
However all the biometric information is valid (I checked using the online form ) and my Biometric enrolment number etc is available on my profile. Do I need to follow this up ? Or do I just have to sit and wait for it to update. It just seems an awfully long time.

Hey.. I have a similar issue. Submitted my Biometrics on 24th Feb, application status still shows fingerprints required. Did it get updated in your case or should I be concerned. Please help!!!!!

Yes mine got updated on March 19. Did you check if your bio are vaild on the IRCC link? Also do raise webforms, and write a mail to the immigration office of your country about the same.

Yes my biometrics are valid.. I checked. I have raised a web form. I'm from India as well.. Can you please share the email id of the immigration office?
