Biometrics webform appointment doesn't give submitted or Thank you note

Yes I received the same mail but didn’t get any confirmation on clicking the submit button of the web form when I tried late night . What’s weird is that the webform’s URL is missing(404 not found) now though

Yes definitely brother. I am pretty sure it's the confirmation that they have received our biometric enrolment request. Hopefully, we receive the appointment confirmation email soon too. Btw, I received 4 emails since I clicked on submit multiple times.

Update: I confirmed in the family class visa group and they had received the same email as us when they sent the biometric enrolment request. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/march-2020-outland-spousal-sponsorship.680339/post-9017681

Yeah looks like our requests went through at that time. But now, the URL is completely broken

Yes even I received 2 times with Different query numbers though

A friend of mine received multiple emails too with different ticket #...Mostly everyone will since they might have clicked on submit multiple times as it wasn’t showing any success message

So, I called them and they said if you have received ticket number, that means they have received biometric enrolment request from us. Also, they said it's fine even if you have received multiple emails with different ticket numbers. They will book an appointment for us using one of the ticket number. So now we just have to wait for email with appointment details.

Oh that's a relief. I received 4 emails . My token numbers were between 972962-973761. What about you guys? This should mean 2961 applicants (also counting repeated requests like mine) applied before me? correct me if I'm wrong

I don't think it works like that. You can't deduce how many applicants submitted the form before you from your token number.

Did they mention how much time it would take for them to send the appointment details?
