Yes definitely brother. I am pretty sure it's the confirmation that they have received our biometric enrolment request. Hopefully, we receive the appointment confirmation email soon too. Btw, I received 4 emails since I clicked on submit multiple times.I will let you know If i get any update please i request you to update the same

Also, they said it's fine even if you have received multiple emails with different ticket numbers. They will book an appointment for us using one of the ticket number.
