Hello,

Did you get the request for your dad finally?
I am in the same situation, applied on May 27th.
No progress yet! Been so frustrating trying to get in touch with the authorities!
We have now submitted biometrics for both parents, but only my mother's shows completed on the portal(She submitted May 27). but my dad gave biometrics on Jun 3 and till date it does not show biomterics is complete. It continues to say 'Fingerprints are needed'. ButI do not have an updated BIL to set up another appointment, neither is the portal showing any progress!
Anyone else facing something similar? @Tasneemiqbalhameed?

Hi everyone,

I pay my biometrics online last july 1 and then submit the receipt on my online account. And did not received any BIL. However, after 37 days my application was cancelled. And they say that they do not see my receipt. May I ask if you have encounter like this? And what do you do. Thank you
