Help please. I did a group application and only received one BIL. I already have a valid Biometrics, but I paid for a new one to be done. I was charged for both visas and Biometrics, only one person received BIL. My current Biometrics is still valid through 2029. Is this normal to not get the BIL after 24hrs?
