hello...please I want to confirm if I have to pay for biometrics fee for permanent Residence under spouse...I received a letter for biometrics request to take the letter to Vfs in Lagos...will I pay fee for biometrics With my request letter?

On the letter it says if you have to pay for it..otherwise you bring the letter to the VFS and thats a proof of payment
