Biometrics center is closed

Hello everyone
The VFS is closed where I live so what if I am not able to do biometrics at all for my application. What will happen to my application
 
Study permit and my intake is in September 2021. As far as I know the VAC is gonna be closed until September. I don't know what will happen to my application

Nothing will happen to your application. It will just not be processed with approval or refusal until biometrics are completed.

No one knows your profile, program or whether you will get a study permit. You can talk to your school and defer your studies, if possible. Your application continues to be processed and if you have a new LOA, you update your file.
 
Can I send new LOA through webform? because as I read in the ircc website they not gonna consider any additional documents.

I applied study permit for my children (both 14 yrs old) and received BIL ,and the letter instructed should be submitted before August 9. But I got appointment on August 19th - in India
What will do this situation?

IRCC is aware of backlog of biometric appts. Not an issue.
