The VFS is closed where I live so what if I am not able to do biometrics at all for my application. What will happen to my application

Nothing will happen to your application. It will just not be processed with approval or refusal until biometrics are completed.

Talk to your school and defer.

No one knows your profile, program or whether you will get a study permit. You can talk to your school and defer your studies, if possible. Your application continues to be processed and if you have a new LOA, you update your file.

Once the documents are submitted to ircc I cant change it. You mean with new LOA I cant reapply?

Are you planning to defer? If so talk with your school. Ask for a new LOA and then send an update through webform.

Can I send new LOA through webform? because as I read in the ircc website they not gonna consider any additional documents.

IRCC is aware of backlog of biometric appts. Not an issue.
