Hi guys, my husband missed a call on October 19th and the agent left a voicemail saying she will call back in that week. However, it has been 15 days that I have NOT gotten any calls from them. I was wondering if they made any mistakes about my appointment. As most of ppl getting called back a couple days later. Anybody has the similar experience as mine? Any suggestions to solve this problem?

Hi, I also have a "missed" call. Actually picked up, but there was a silence then call dropped. No voicemail, no one returned, 3 weeks passed. If you would find any trick how to make them call back again please let me know.

No one from this forum getting biometrics call anymore or overall the SC has slowed down in making calls.. in Oct everyone was super excited recieving calls..i wish atleast they should have done properly by sharing how much backlog is cleared every 2 weeks or every month so ppl waiting for calls (early jan to Apr) will have an idea how long to wait and when they will start taking appointments instead of calling us...

Looks like most people have been called already and a few of us haven't

I've called Service Canada 2 days ago. And they said there is no estimated waiting time for now. There's no way to tell how much longer we will have to wait.
I'm in Kingston btw.

I just posted this on a general biometrics thread but I'm posting here as well as it is GTA specific.

The agent asked where I am located (North York) and she said there is a lot of availability for the 26th at Yonge & Sheppard.
I was in the middle of a meeting call. I saw my phone ringing with a private number so I stepped out quickly to take it as I thought it might be SC calling - and it was! :)

No, she didn't ask me for any identification or details. She just asked me where I was located (I just said North York) so she could find the nearest SC.
