oh okay then maybe calling them is the only option, I called them and they answered
Yes, I just had a chat with them and they told me to wait until 24 hours after the initial appointment and after that, appointment record from their system will be deleted automatically and I can book a new appointment. They also gave me an email ID and sked me to mention the desired date and time of the appointment. I wonder if that's what they told you too? Thanks
I had called them for a different reason, I had sent in the webform and got an appointment for the next day itself, but the appointment letter was missing.

Post biometric have you received any further updates or any PPR request?. I had completed my biomterics on 26th march. And post which we havnt received any update yet for PPR. Would be great if you should share your update. I completed my biomterics from Bangalore VFS

do we need to update CIC about our biometrics completion or it will get updated automatically?
Even I completed my biometrics from Bangalore in March month and haven’t received any updates from them. I hope there is huge backlog going on PR applications
We haven't received any update about PPR yet. I think they are clearing the backlog. We need to wait for some more time.
