Biometrics and eligibility appointment

Hello all, I need help. I have been invited for an interview and biometrics. Does this mean they will interview me to determine my eligibility or is this just biometrics? When will the work permit be? Please share as much information as possible from your experiences. Thanks.

Did you just submit a refugee claim? The "interview" is not really an interview. They basically take your fingerprints and tell you if you are eligible to be a refugee claimaint according to your BOC. And then give you the brown paper/refugee claimaint document if you are eligible.
