I submitted my biometric information in Bangladesh on the 17th of Jan. The IRCC are still waiting for it as the status has yet to change on the portal. My husband biometric has been uploaded already.
My name on the biometric appointment was incorrect, however I was told that a note was put on my file when it was submitted. I think because of this the biometric has yet to be uploaded. What can I do here?
I have tried to email the ircc singapore office as they ones who are processing it but no reply from them.
