Biometric and Medicals not updated since 3 months

I have submitted a study permit application (SDS) on May 30th. It has been close to 100 days, however, neither the biometrics nor medicals have been shown completed on the portal till now. The only update since submission has been the biometric information which has been updated on the right corner of the application. Is this considered normal? Is there anyone else who is facing a similiar issue?

No update after that,
In IRCC portal biometric shows, we have not received your fingerprint.

Background under process
Medica- we don't need your medical, I did it upfront.
