Biomatric for spouse

Hello,

I am PR in Canada and I never required to do biomatric. Now my wife is citizen of India and I am sponsoring her with Family class application.

I know she will have to do biomatric but do I have to give biomatric as well?

No, I don't think so. I am a Bangladeshi citizen and PR in Canada. I am sponsoring my wife who is also a Bangladeshi citizen living in Bangladesh. I was not required to give any biometrics for myself. A few weeks after getting AOR, IRCC requested my wife to give her biometrics
