Maybe you're right, but if something needs to be done, then it needs to be done, I remember the time when they had to push new temporary work permit forms into effect back in 2013 (I guess, or maybe 2014), going from LMA to LMIA, and they did it in a jiffy! All systems updated, forms, uploaded and staff trained, I clearly remember that bloody transition. It went fast, but not smooth. Staff were not really trained but they got it in a week, people were confused but they dealt with it. In one single day everything got changed, there were people that literally had to unpack their package just to download the new form and send it again. Old forms sent back with couriers. So again if it needs to be done, it needs to be done. There is no buffer time here. Just from experience.
