That just means that such a motion has to be proposed at least 24 hours before it is discussed. That doesn't mean that it has to be discussed within 24 hours. They could theoretically wait for months before they talk about the motion. Not that they will. I'm just saying that the 24 hours is the minimum time between a motion being proposed and the motion being discussed.subha_1962 said:

I think the major hurdle has been crossed and the 3 amendments presented by the senate will be accepted by the HoC as they do not hinder the main objective of the bill.marcher said:
