Well if this amendment passes, then so be it. Expulsion and forced exile was a common enough punishment in ancient times, in ancient Greece for example. If someone who's sworn a citizenship oath of loyalty and fidelity to Her Majesty as the Head of State of Canada subsequently chooses to deliberately offend heinously against Her peace, then let him or her be stripped of citizenship and be expelled. Such a person would be lucky not to be hanged, drawn & quartered at Her Majesty's whim & pleasure.
