Right. That may be possible after CJ removal clause becomes operative.
Their functions will be reduced gradually, or rather ported to COs.. First step most likely there will be no need anymore fo CJs to approve regular cases.. This will speed up things tremendously as it is 80% of the time of CJs and it is rather routine non productive quality wise

just taking advantage to clarify one issue that I have .
I'm also going to fill my application soon and wondering how to list the time that I lived with my addresses.
to put simple.
1. How do you list the dates?
for example do you start with the current one and go to the previous three years.
like 2013.06.20 to present
2011.06.20 to 2013.06.20
is this method correct?
thanks in advance guys for your kind response(s).

Data validation won't allow you to write "present" (although there's a workaround to that). You should write the date of your application ("Application Date") there instead of "present" :).

I don't think you need to submit rental agreements. If you submit T4's as well as a letter of employment (which covers the current year), then you should be fine. Submitting pay slips and T4 seems redundant...

As far as I know, you do not need to submit anything(As a proof for your claim of staying here in Canada)!
You should only explain what you have been doing in those years in that given application form.

Your most recent payslip maybe useful to show your YTD earnings, as backup proof have been in employment/resident through 2014 (given you wont have a 2014 T4).

I have been following this forum...Thanks for all the info.. you guys are awesome.

My situation is.. Came to Canada in Sept 2007 as a student

PR Jan 2013..I was out of canada for 3 months in 2013.. (1June - 1Aug)

But when i calculated the eligibility for 1095 days on the calculator.. it comes out July 2015

When I did it manually in my head (Simple Maths) make up 3 months missing, it seemed to me, i should have been eligible by the end of April or early May..

Why such a drastic difference, it seems like the calculator is counting the absent days twice? :-X :-X :-X

It's calculating the 2 for 1 ratio of pre-PR days.
