BIL for visitor visa not received (NEW PORTAL)

It has been more than 2 days, but I have not received any communication regarding my BIL. I applied a visitor visa for my mother. Applied Date 15 April 2023.

I have the same issue. Applied for both my parents on 18 th April. Mother received within hours. Yet to receive for my father.

Be patient there may also be delays due to the strike

I applied as a family on 23rd April. Only my spouse and son got the BIL (message came around 4 AM Eastern) , however my application status is "Submitted" and there is no UCI number. There were automated emails last night (24th) but nothing changed when checked. Any suggestions ?

Applied from US for myself, spouse and kid. Spouse and kid got BIL next day, however mine took 3 days. No webforms raised.

thank you for the reply. applied from India - still waiting for BIL :/ I wonder if the IRCC strike is the reason for the delay.
