hi frenz
i am in DO OR DIE SITUATION..PLZ HELLPPP.!!!!!!

lemme explain my whole case......

wen v filed r case back in jan, v claimed 70 points..
edu-20
exp-15
age-10
spouse-4
ielts-16
blood relation-5

bt now as r date of submission to chc delhi is approaching 2 big issues have emerged..

one is regarding experience..
at the time of filing r case, i was having 6 months experience from my past employer and 11 months experience from my present employer with which i am still working..so at that time i added my past employer's experience to get the 15 points for 1yr+ exp.
bt now my past employer has not given me the satisfactory documents required..like my job title is not the same although they agreed at that time..but they have given us the required job duties justifying my NOC4131..their reason also looks quite genuine as they dont use the lecturer title in their college..bt the other problem is that thy didnt agree to show my annual salary/annum as they r paying lesser amount than normal..bt i guess these problems can be sufficed by giving covering letter or affidavit..
even i have got my salary cheques with teir college name, stamp and signatures of chairman.

other thing v got to know from sm agent is that the visa office ppl cnsidr total experince till the date of submission of documents to them(VO)
is that right.?! EXPERTS PLZ COMMENT...........

but right now i consider the other issue as the biggest.!!

i.e. the points for blood relation..

my paternal uncle had gotten PR last year(july)
but unfortunately since then he is in india due to some family prob.
and he'l go back in october..and till now he does not have any credit card.income tax statements or utility bills on his name..
one thing he has is a joint a/c with his son(my cousin) in canada but the credit card invoices used to come on his son's name..
and now my cousin 'l be coming to india after mid of this june for few days..so i talked with him today only regarding this issue that if by some means creditcard invoices can be made on my uncle's(his dad's) name..

Seniors Plz give sm piece of advice regarding this very critical issue if anything can be done..

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]otherwise i am loosing hope and the thoughts of withdrawing my case, have started coming into my mind..

Let me partially answer one of your question. Job experience which every applicant is required to mention in the application form is the "actual experience" at time of submitting application to CIO Nova Scotia. You cannot claim benefit on the assumption that it would take of 6 months (assuming it takes two months to get first AOR and then 120 days are given to submit documents to second visa office) .
Blood relative question is tricky but I think it could be sent later on once your uncle is back in Canada (but it is guess work as it is not a normal situation ) Seniors please comment.

Do not create confusion. Do the simple work.

Show all genuine work experience, you will not have any problem.

Write a letter to visa office if you have problem to manage work related documents.

Count your total work experience from beginning to today, Work experience count according to Full documents submission date.

If you have claim 1 years experience in initial application and by today, if it is 2 years then you will get 2 years work experience point that is 17.

To claim you require below documents...
1. Birth Certificate or other certificate to verify the relation with your uncle
2. PR card copy to get the point - must
3. Different Bills to know the person is in Canada or not.

Do not be confuse, send whatever documents you can manage.
at lease you can send PR card copy and Birth certificate and any Canadian bill

In proof of relative it is a must that ur uncle should be living in Canada or u get no points. The basic idea is after u land there ur uncle can support u if in any difficult situation. If he is not present in Canada it makes no sense to award u those 5 points.

right now he is not in canada but he is planning to go in october..
so if we ask him to book his tickets and then show the photocopy of it to the VO ND
along with a reason why he had to stay here for so long..
and may be along with some sort of declaration that he will support us(not sure about it actually.!)
then what will you say about the chances.?!

Your uncle MUST be living in canada for you to claim 5points off him.
If he is in india why would u claim he is residing in canada? This is termed misrepresentation and not only that your application will be refused, you will also be banned from entering canada for 2years. Why should you lie to immigration officers? Don't you know they can detect that your uncle is not currently in canada? They want your relative that is 'currently living in canada' this is why they ask you to submit proof that he is living in canada like current bills, utility bills, bank statements etc so be warned, don't lie.

@aaycee
if u r not getting exp letter from past emplyr,do one thing prepare exp. letter urself and notarise it and do mention ur problem in getting this from ur past emplyr.
write them in seperate sheet ur actual situation that ur uncle is in india from last so and so period.and provide them with whatever docs u have. they consider genuine problems, do not hide or manuplate things.
do not withdraw because u r half way through. BEST OF LUCK.

This is what you wrote in your enquiry and based on that I replied you. Some people only want to hear what pleases them, they want to hear what favours them. At the end of the day, it is your decision to make but that does not mean I would not say what I know is right. Come to think of it, why would you claim you have an uncle in canada when he is actually in india? Put yourself in the IO shoes. How would you feel? Ok, so you would say 'yes, give him 5points because his uncle is actually living in canada' Then you must be dreaming. Visa expert is telling you not to worry, maybe he is the IO that is dealing with your case. If you want, send a Personal Message to Leon Qorax or PMM and they would tell you the fact, you cannot claim points from your relative that is not currently living in canada. It is as simple as ABC.
