BG Stuck in IP1

I got second set of GCMS notes and it says "need review by an officer". AOR Dec 1, ADR Dec 8, replied ADR Dec 27, meds passed in DEC. No update since then. Can anyone please shed some light on my this?
Has anyone stuck in IP1 who ordered GCMS notes had similar kind of situation?

At primary application processing stage, the officer recommended to review my employer information. At a later date (January 09, 2018) I submitted my experience letter from my employer through IRCC website and I received a conformation on January 17, 2018. I submitted this experience letter way before ordering my GCMS notes(in March).

When I read the notes that the primary review officer made it says they could not find my previous employer (online). So they recommended review by an officer.

They couldn't find the name of your employer on company's website or they couldn't find the name of organisation online?

I really think they will just check the employer details through their process or external party (not sure ).will have to wait and a see for next couple of days or weeks.

They might visit your employer or may place a call. You may speak to your former employer about your situation. So that he or she may verify your job credentials or whatever they have doubt about. Good luck!
 
Hello everyone, I just needed an advice from all of you. I have touched a 100 day mark post AOR. Should I order gcms notes now? Doesn't it slow down the processing of application ?
