Can you highlight or shed some light on which part its mentioned needs review by officer ?

At primary application processing stage, the officer recommended to review my employer information. At a later date (January 09, 2018) I submitted my experience letter from my employer through IRCC website and I received a conformation on January 17, 2018. I submitted this experience letter way before ordering my GCMS notes(in March).
When I read the notes that the primary review officer made it says they could not find my previous employer (online). So they recommended review by an officer.
They couldn't find the name of your employer on company's website or they couldn't find the name of organisation online?
I really think they will just check the employer details through their process or external party (not sure ).will have to wait and a see for next couple of days or weeks.
They might visit your employer or may place a call. You may speak to your former employer about your situation. So that he or she may verify your job credentials or whatever they have doubt about. Good luck!

I applied for GCMS notes from this website and got a response exactly on the 30th day. Seems pretty reliable to me.
Hello everyone, I just needed an advice from all of you. I have touched a 100 day mark post AOR. Should I order gcms notes now? Doesn't it slow down the processing of application ?
I meant in terms of authorizing someone who we don’t know. Is it safe from that perspective?
