I am thinking of emailing them to ask which office is processing my application. Is it a good idea? How should I contact them?
Q: How to find my visa office?

A: Send E-mail to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
Subject: E000xxxx - Visa Office
Body of the mail:
Hello,

I am trying to find out in which Visa office my application is being processed?

Application number: E000xxxx
Date of Birth: 19xx-xx-xx
Last Name: xxx
First Name: xxxx
UCI: -
Category of Immigration: Federal Skilled Worker
Copied :Andy108
They will reply you anywhere from 7 days to a month

Second is to call them on +1 (613) 944-4000 (outside Canada)
Recommended as you will know instantly your LVO,you have to wait some 40 min though to get to the agent, and try to call when whole of India,Pakistan,Middle East is sleeping, good chances of getting connected.

Raise a CSE. They no longer may respond to emails. Here's what the new Auto Response says:

Please note that you must use the IRCC Web form for any questions regarding:
o Which visa office is processing your application
o Status inquiries that are within processing time

Jesus I got PPR! After 1 day in IP2 and 40 days IP1, no NA2, I can not believe it. Hang in there guys, I wish you all have PPR soon.
BTW, there is one detail is that I ordered GCMS on Feb 25, I don't know if it helped to move my case or not but maybe you should try, there's no harm. I even haven't received it yet.
ITA 1/24
AOR 1/27
Medical passed 2/8
IP1 2/9
IP2 3/19
PPR 3/20.
Ottawa VO.

Hi,

Nov 7 AOR. Got an ADR for Saudi PCC for my wife on 28 November (IP1), submitted the document on 1 January 2018. No movement since then. Total days from AOR 135 days and from submission of PCC 80 days.
