Best University for M.Eng electrical Engineering

AOA I want to do M Engg in Instrumentaion and Control from Canada, In this perspective i want to know Universities which are offering this program and information from senior members.
I have done BE Electrical from UET Taxila. My cgpa is 2.60/4.
