If you are a foreign student and already have that much experience, you have several options:
a) the Federal skilled worker program - check if your occupation is on the list and whether the cap is filled or not. The caps are reset every year in May.
b) the Canadian Experience Class (most foreign students/workers use this one) - you will need to complete your degree program first, apply for a post-graduate work permit, get at least 1 year of skilled full-time (or part-time equivalent) Canadian work experience, etc before you are eligible to apply.
c) the Express Entry program - this one launches in January 2015 for the first time. More details will be on CIC's website at that time.
d) the Provincial Nominee program of your province
For more information post your questions or visit the the skilled worker, Canadian Express Class, Provincial Nominee sections on the forum. Also Immigration Canada's website has more information and the forms: www.cic.gc.ca
Goodluck!
