Hi ,

could someone tell me when is the best/right time to apply visa for the sept 2014 intake..
considering the fact that Im currently working and will have to serve a notice period of 2 months..so ill have some time to spend with my family and make a few arrangements for travel etc..etc..

Im thinking of applying by April...

is this fine ...any suggestions

Thanks..

Apply as soon as possible .you have to prepare for ielts , funds etc.Seats get filled up very soon in reputed college and university.Try to focus on negative aspect of visa too .you can apply for visa anytime.no point in wasting time .Incase you have rejection , can have enough time to reply.

I would say apply in early april - and I agree - this will give you enough time to re apply if needed. If you apply too early, it might not look too good either -- we are still 10 months away from September

yup..i already have the admission in an univ hence asking the exact time ...

hope april would be the best date to apply

I am planning to apply for my visa by 1st week of february'14 considering the fact that website says processing time from my country is 52 weeks.

Any suggestions?

Buddy I dont know what you are talking about :o
It is 15 weeks for Study permit application for Pakistan - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/students.asp

You must be checking permanent residence or some other application.
