BEST BUSINESS IN CANADA FOR NEW IMMIGRANTS

Dear All, we are in process of immigration to Canada but how many of us know the best businesses in Canada we new immigrants can start. Most of us are earning more than 25000 Canadian Dollars in our home countries. I am sure it will not be easy to get equal job in new country. So what business we can start to maintain our current living standard keeping in view high living cost in canada. Everybody is welcomed to give positive constructive comments on new businesses.

$25000 per year or per month?

If the latter, why not return to home country to earn that income? If that income is not salaried income (such as dividend income), why not keep that income/asset in home country and then wire money to sustain your life in Canada?

A lot depends on how much you want to maintain your current living standard. So, could you describe it?

Normally we all are job holders in our home countries. Most of us are at very stable positions and want to move canada with the dream of having good life there. But no one of us is talking about what will we do there with no Canadian experience. We must explore opportunities like business etc prior to going there.

Having a dream is not enough. You need to research how you would able to meet your expectations of maintaining or upgrading your current standard of living. There are too much negativity going on when people failed to do research before coming to Canada - read the post below:

This is very depressing thing enough to spoil anybody dream of spending good life at canada. Recently one of my friend visited canada and came back with a big disappointment. I feel worried now.

Please do not dream big with loads of expectations and enter Canada. For all the new immigrants it takes min 6 months to 1 year to settle and get a job. For job, it may take more time depending up on the field and demand in Canada.

Starting a business as a new immigrant is not a good idea. We have to get to know provinces, taxes, suitable location and most imp is
The type of Business? retail, fuel station, food court, franchise etc?

If we settle well with gud job, we can step a head for Business. For starting a business we need to have at least 50,000 CAD, if partnership.
This huge amount we cannot expect with a new immigrant.

One should not land in Canada to earn money. We all should expect a beautiful, peaceful life with no tensions. Simply

A calm Going Life.

Networking is most important in Canada for New Immigrant, in order to get a job, start a business.

In sump up, to start a business, it may take 2 years or even more.
