These are the two emails I use to contact them, does anyone else know any additional information for me to use. Such as the director at this office or the program manage there?

My wife sent me a copy if the medicals she did on the 23rd of march, the same day her physician sent the documents to London RMO. I received my copy yesterday, and after emailing London RMO, they told me they haven't received it yet. Either they don't know it's at their office or it got lost. Should I get the physician to resend the medicals? Or do I just send them 100 more duplicate messages until they check

Don't send them more messages. They have answered your enquiry : they haven't received it yet. So - they are aware of the issue, and once it's in their system, they will probably match it with your file. If in a week you haven't heard back, then check with them again. Otherwise, just wait. I know that it's hard to wait, but there is not much else to do.

not that I know off. You can send a case-specific-enquiry through the website, stating your file number and attaching the scan of your receipt, and they will have a look at it again, but for now I guess it's waiting - the medicals haven't been long a long time ago, and it might take time to transfer results. Most people report it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get news about a new medicals, so you're within the timeline.

I think in London RMO the wait time is currently 6-8 weeks.

Samstar, who told you that they haven't received your medicals yet? London VO, or London RMO? London VO doesn't deal with medicals at all, as I'm sure you're aware.

Your file is not in London- please communicate with your regional office{ (who is my regional officer?).} If your medicals were recently sent to us, please allow some time for them to be assessed and returned to your region.

So do I use the London-mc .. Email? What's the London RMO email?

6-8 weeks, that's just too long. I'm just gonna start calling with more emails if that's true. I would tell you the reason I annoy them but I'm too frustrated to write about my experience with these offices. I understand they are doing their job, but I just gotta try another route besides the patient way. What's the worst they gonna go, extend my waiting time ,loool.

I understand that you're frustrated, but sending them multiple messages won't help. AS Bcgirl explained, the address you are using is for London VO - who processes PR applications, and has nothing to do with the medicals.
If you want more news from the medicals, you should contact your VO - Nairobi. And - it takes some time for the office to process your medicals, and send them to Nairobi. So yes - it's hard, but sending them multiple messages about the same thing is not going to help your case.
If you've been waiting for longer than the posted time for your VO, then you can contact your MP and ask him/her to enquire. That's probably more efficient than sending multiple messages to an office that doesn't deal with your case.

The email you copied is from London VO, not from the medical office. They don't deal with the medicals at all.

If you did the medical on the 23rd of March (which was a Saturday) I'd say they've received it sometime in the week of 25th. So Basically only a week since they got it in the office. Seems a bit too early for any kind of processing, but I certainly hope it will go through quickly.

Was is a re-medical or an extension for which you had to redo the x-ray?

Mine took 10 weeks to be posted on my spouse file, as per GCMS notes and it was for remedical with CIC-Nairobi.

10 weeks wow you really are waitin_vain.
I just received the tracking number for my wife's exam that was sent to London. They kept telling me they didn't get it, but they got it on march 27. Wow soo frustrating, time to start sending hundreds if emails to show my distrust with the office ( not that they actually care). 10 weeks for a remedical, this is actually getting ridiculous. Hopefully they will finish this week after I tell then what I just found out.

I do not have option Samstar, I need just to wait because I have no option it is hard to wait from Nairobi it is 18 months now and still waiting.

Yeah the waiting game is the worst, I know I have I wait but I'm testing my luck with emails after emails, tryna get someone to listen to me. I have to start calling the office, to see if that helps
