Anyone know how long does London visa office send back passport?

Not sure I understand your question motul. But I received my passport request on 5th Jan, flew to Canada on 12th Jan and fedexed my passport back to UK for the visa which arrived at the London Embassy on 20th Jan (and was held up in Customs in UK for 2 days).

Put a return address for the passport back to a friend's house in UK and have spoken to her today and she's not yet received it. Still waiting....

I don't know if they return our passport by courier or recorded mail. Mine arrived at the London visa office on 31st Jan, so I think mine will come
later than yours!!

My PPR e-mail said they are sending a copy of the attached letter to my mailing address but I still haven't received it yet.

I never actually received an email, my PPR came via snail mail and that's the only contact I ever had, still can't log onto eCas.

Bet you are trying to use UK as country of birth, use England, Wales or Scotland.

I was actually born in Australia although had lived in UK for last 18 years, have tried Australia, UK and England and none of them work.
