My spouse was asked to redo his medicals as they expired last month. Will this slow his process down in anyway once getting his medicals completed ?

there was more than 25 applicant ( family calss ) got their visa today

again more than 25 applicants family calss

Hello Canada-Girl2012,
It took my wife almost 3.5 months since the medical to get her visa.
It depends on the security screening I suppose which I believe they don't request until they get the medical results back from Paris.
Hope for the best and inshallah it won't take him long.

According to my gcms notes, it looks like they are pending results for my security screening. Hopefully it won't take 3 months...it's been 22 months already !!

It depends on the security screening I suppose which I believe they don't request until they get the medical results back from Paris.

Hi everyone, I just found this Awesome Forum, and this Awesome thread, I'm really Frustrated, ???
I Got married in June 2011 and I Applied on July 2011 from Canada through my wife and my papers were sent to Syria for Further Processing but then the whole thing happened in Syria and my papers were transferred to Beirut( I guess like everyone else here ) and i didn't hear anything from the embassy until October 2012 when they sent me that i have to re submit some papers, like the Police Record and another Form that stats where I've been and what I've been doing since July 2011 and my medical tests, so I've done them all and sent them, they sent me back for more papers, some of them related to my wife there, her bank statement, her Tax papers, her work history, and one is related to me which is an Australian Police Record ( because i lived in Australia for 4 years ) , and of course i did them all, and since then ( December 2012) i haven't heard anything back, Its really frustrating..... :-\
i've read here that some of you got there visa after 27 months.... do you think that's how much will take ?? i hope not,
last email from them was 5 days ago when i emailed them asking if they receive my Australia police record and this is what i got :

"Dear Sir,
We confirm the receipt of the Australian Police certificate.
Your application is currently under review by the family class officer.

Our office will contact you when a decision has been made or if further information is required.

Thank you for your patience,

hii i am in the exactly same situation my husband lived 6 years in russia i sent his application on 19 july 2011 and they sent me the same message that you just showed us on january 17 and I am still waiting but honestly inchAllah i dont think its going to be more than a month inchAllah ya Rabiii

no its a good thing normally you should receive the visa 2-4 month after the second medical test if everything is normal inchAllah
