As for completing the form; it is impossible for your wife to fill it by herself, all the questions are about you.

Be prepared, get an employment letter, pay stubs, and/or income tax Notice of Assessment.

I will start by telling Tati mabrouk for the good sign, actually i got 2 calls like yours and i answered both of them and upon their request i went in person because as they told me, it is much better than to put it in the drop box infront of the embassy.
That was on 16 September (24 days ago) and until now i have no answer or clue about what is hapening. I was planning to call them to ask if i can take my passport back but the lawyer told me that he guess that they need 1 month and that it is better to wait those 6 more days.

I hope my post did not decrease your moral, that was not my intention at all but i wanted to tell you to keep your feet well on the ground, not all that shines is gold.

My e-case has changed to In-Process and they are saying that they started processing my application on October 4, 2012

Bas i have a feeling Anoushka w Yass w ana will be the next batch. Yass, do u notice that Wednesday seems to be the busy day at the embassy. Thats when they call and they submit passports on the friday. As for the medicals, not sure if they send them every week at once.

You're still Application received because they requested more documents from you, so they have 2 different envelopes that's why it is still application received, when they collect both envelopes to start processing your file it will change to In Process and soon decision made, so don't worry this change will not effect on anything
