Hello guys, if the embassy hold your passport after interview does that means they will issue a visa? My wife attended interview on september 12 and they kept her passport and she was told she will here from them. Thanks in advance

No, Ottawa tranfered the application to the visa office outside Canada.

I got an F000xxxxxx file number with my sponsorship approval and file transfer from Mississauga to CPP-Ottawa.
I didn't get a new file number when it was transferred back to Beirut.

Yes, we all got didn't get a new file number, but just wondering why do we have file number that starts with an F, while others have file numbers thats start with a B!!

They asked her everything about me and how we met til our marriage

1) Name, date of birth, when i came to Canada, my mailing address in Canada, and my telephone number

2) They asked what i do for a living that 100% question they ask

3) They ask her the school i attended in Canada and her level of education

4) how and when we first met? How i proposed to her? my family acceptance of her? when we get married? How many people attended? how our reception took place?

5) Now they even read all the cards we sending each other in front of her asking question about what we write to each other

Note: Please be very careful about the secret question and answer you write when you send to your spouse money through a western union. They check they password so make sure you put something related to you and your spouse.

My work offer is still there, i still didn't decide if i am going to go or not.
As for Canadian embassy in Beirut, i didn't contact them and i am not intending on doing so because they strictly said not to contact them at current time.

am still waiting nothing new, we are waiting the embassy to contact may family to inform them when and where to do the DNA test.
it is a very slow process, im counting now 28 months and 10 days.
what about you marwah any news?
