la wallah, i never asked for CAIPS, ma kl marra 2oul yalla arrabit no point to request it, bas i think halla2 it defeats the purpose...cause it takes a month right? w ma3 l holidays might take longer. so terketa la rabbna, hoping allah byefreja 3layna shortly.
Lakan hennei ma bdalloun fet7in our file w working on it....depends on which date it is supposed to be reworked. eh that sucks.... :-[

depending on my caips " they open the files every month " so I can guess when they will open your file?
they send to you an email to do the medical on 18 sep. so they opened it arround 16 of sep. and decided to send email to do the medical.
then they opened it on 16 -10 they found the security still not completed yet, also on 16 -11 the same thing still waiting the security
I think they will open it again on between 16 and 19 dec. so enshallah this time they will find the security is over.

Hi lele. For me the requested documents and 2nd medical exam in 26 September and yesterday they send me an email saying My file in the final stage of assesment and it is under review by familly class officer when decision will be taken they'll contact me
What u think any ideas ......?????

And yesterday they reply after one hour exactly for my email asking about my file and it took that much time

I think the security check is done for you, your file now is opened between their hands since 26 nov. (-) 3 days closing ,enshallah kheir I think it is tomorrow for you

hello,

on november 30, i emailed the embassy asking the following :
I was wondering,
the following is what shows on our e-case :

"We received your application for permanent residence on August 9, 2011.

We started processing your application on October 29, 2012.

Medical results have been received"

and it says - IN PROCESS
we submitted the 2nd medical exams on october 18, 2012, about 40 days have passed.

Does the "Medical results have been received" apply to our second medical exam? - since this sentence have been there since some time now, i mean before the medical exams were asked to be re-submitted-

and got this reply today :
Kindly note that your file is in its final stage of assessment, you will be contacted shortly

Dear Applicant,

Your application has reached the final stage of processing. So that your permanent resident visa(s) can be issued, you must now submit the documents listed below.

1. Your passport and a passport for each accompanying family member. The passports must meet the Passport Specifications as noted below. [ETC ..]

is this it ? we didn't get any phone calls, or anything else! it still says : IN PROCESS, and nothing else changed on our e-case!
and if u see the date of their text, it's since june!! weird! im trying to keep it cool and maintain myself lol
is this it ? we should now go to the embassy on tuesday with the passport ?

Yes this is it Nowdays they are sending emails to request the passport not a phone call
You can go on monday why to wait till Tuesday :
