Hi there
I have submitted my study permit application on May 1st. I did an upfront medical test on April 8th and submitted the e-medical information sheet in my application bundle in the "Client Information" section. Today I got a cic email saying that they have requested a medical exam. I am confused and can anyone help me out? Thank you!

If it was upfront medicals( assuming SDS, correct me if I'm wrong) you should have come across 'Proof of upfront medical exam' in supporting documents checklist, while you have a definite place holder for medical exam document to be uploaded , why was your medical uploaded in 'Client Information'?

I am not sure. I didn’t have a section called proof of upfront medical exam in my document list. There’s no place the e medical can go so I put it in the client info :((

Send your e-medical sheet again. If they provided a slot for you on your account, upload it there with an explanation. Otherwise, send it via webform.

Should I contact my doctor? Is it possible that she didn’t upload it properly so the IRCC didn’t receive it?

Did they not give you the medical info sheet? That's all you need to esure IRCC gets. IRCC will figure it out from there.

Hey. I sent the e-medical via webform last Saturday. Do you know how long it takes for them to receive and update the information? Thanks!

Did you also send the e-medical using their webform? And did they send you an email once the medical was passed or you just saw the status updated on IRCC?
