Before Departure & After Arrival

My college is in manitoba(winnipeg) and I have my flight from New Delhi to Toronto( by Air India) after that from Toronto to winipeg(Air Canada).
1.where will the IO will issue my study permit(Toronto or Winnipeg????
2.what type of questions he will ask at airport????
3.I will stay at my relatives house in winnipeg,so I have to state to IO,if he asks me about my accomodation????Negative or positive effect.
4.I also read from other posts that we can't take songs/videos/apps/games as in India MOSTLY people don't buy these stuffs????

Student permit will be issued at the first city u land. Toronto. You wil go thru immigration here in toronto.

purpose of visit etc etc... wil be going first time on student visa.. so m new to it too..

delete any pirated thing on ur laptop. includes everything. if u have Apple device then Jailbreak is legal. delete all jailbreaked apps.

u can always use ipad on wifi. and i think unlock has still not come for ip4s and ipad3.

but the original loan letter are not given back by embassy.......so does the xerox of loan letter will do??
