Dear Friends,
If the family that consist of 2 children and mom and dad, get PR. But after moving to canada, if dad stays in canada 2 of 5 years and the other members 3 of 4 years, is it possible other family members to become citizen while father holds pr. Thanks for the replies

Yes. No problem in that. Before landing, there is one main applicant and others considered dependents. Once landed and completed PR formalities, all become PR with equal rights and not dependent upon others for further steps. Hence citizenship status can be established for each family member alone without any dependency over others
