Could anyone clarify whether Photographers NOC 5221 are eligible to apply for BC Tech Pilot as NOC 5227 ( Support occupations in motion pictures, broadcasting, photography and the performing arts ) are listed.
Is your question essentially "Can someone in NOC A apply as NOC B"?
I don't personally think it works that way. You'd have to meet the job requirements of NOC B. You can't just apply as having work experience in an alternate NOC because it's related.
