No I guess not ! It turned to in process on Friday morning and again to applied in the evening. I don’t know what’s happening.

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what are the chances of getting rejected at the Federal level even with having Provincial Nomination? I was talking to a friend today who said his EE application got rejected even though he had BCPNP nomination. He applied as a chef.

I read somewhere on this forum that if the Provincial officer approves an application, the Federal officer won't be as picky!

What are your thoughts?

Me too and it has been 3 months now. My thing is that it’s still applied not in process after 3 months. Most person application status change to in process by 1 month after application

I submitted my application on Oct 29 and it's still applied. I guess its because the invitations they issued were much more than normal?

They have gave out invitations in range of 350-400 in the preceding draws which is way beyond their normal draws. Though they must update their website accordingly.
