No kidding... 5 months to reject. This is so frustrating! They issued a notice of procedural fairness regarding the business license not provided. We provided the business license but even with the Vancouver business license he complained because the company wasn't properly stablished in Vancouver because there is no physical office other than a PO Box and the employees are all working from home.
You can file a review.. but it turns out to be waste of time and at least of nine months of wait with no guarantees on the result.
I think they have issued a lot of invitations during the time when we got the ITA which is way beyond their processing capacity. So we are a part of 100 percent of October cases and not 20 percent. I haven’t come across someone who is in process from October applications, maybe someone from tech pilot but not from skills immigration.
