BC PNP Time line and medical exam

I applied my BC PNP and PR and received the file number and medical exam form from Buffalo on Feb 25 2010. However, I was advised not to take the medical exam until 3 months from the date I received the letter. I want to know why do I have to wait for 3 months to take my medical exam? Is there anything wrong with my case?

yes because the medicals expire in 12 months, and if for some reason it took them more than that time to get back to you, you will have to retake the medicals. I took my medicals the next day (7th january). Still waiting.

I sent my application for PR to Buffalo on October 12, 2009. I received AOR dated Feb 05 2010 with Medical Forms.

The instructions regarding medical forms mention:

" ...Please do not schedule medical exam until 3 months from date of letter. If you complete your medicals too soon, you may be requred to be re-examined..."

Has anyone had a similar case like me?

My immigration consultant told to do medical exam without waiting for 3 months, but I don’t know whether I have to wait for 3 months or do it now.

I have been working for same company as I applied for PNP for more than 3 years now and have extended my work permit recently.

I also same letter stating " Not to schedule medical exams for next 3 months..."

But In medical form it says - " Do medical exams immediately, Do not delay more than 60 days..."

i don't know what to do now.....

My medical exam form states that required for all applicants. Must be taken within six months of the medical examination. Is it different from every application?

I am a quebec skilled worker. My letter stated that the medicals should be recieved in 30 days. I would assume it won't take them more than a year to ask for the passport. I hope so.
