timeline below on my signature.

does ottawa send AOR for the medical? I read somewhere that Ottawa doesn't directly communicate with PR applicants, visa offices (in our case- Buffalo) are the ones who will communicate with us on the status of our medicals or may be our e-cas status will be updated. but that's just what i read, don't know if it's accurate.

I believe you are absolutely right, they won't sent any confirmation all we have to do is wait.

Re: BC PNP & PR APPLICANTS(Post medical stage) @ Sept 2010 (BUFFALO APPLICANTS ONLY)

Letter received from Buffalo Office which states that initial assessment has now been completed, and expected to finalized my application without a personal interview. Then in the additional documents required is checked on "No additional documents are required at this time".
Question, I haven't paid my RPRF (right of permanent residence fee) yet. Should I send the payment to Buffalo? or because I am in Vancouver should I wait instead to see if they transfer it to Seattle. I sent my police clearance when I sen't my application so I don't expect them to request that again. I haven't left Canada since I came about 3 years ago. I guess this also means that my medical reports have been reviewed and everything is fine, is this correct?..
