Flagpoled yesterday at point roberts.

They asked for:
* work permit support letter
* nomination certificate
* signed job offer
* IMM5802
* Receipt for IMM5802
* Current visitor record
 
IMM5802? isnt that the LMIA.
As far from my understanding, PNP work permit support letter is to skip the LMIA am i right?
 
Hi there， I've got few questions about my PNP.
I handed in my BCPNP in July 2014, but still waiting. Right now, I am thinking about switching to EEPNP, so here are my concerns:
1. My job title is under skill level B, what is the minimum score requirement for IELTS?
2. For the minimum 1 year working experience, do I have to work in a company for the entire year consecutively? or it could be different jobs but I've got 1 year working experience in total as full-time an employee ? and my previous job title is also under skill level B.

2. I believe its in total 1 year, as long as your job all related.

Ah i got it. So you want to fill the addendum form and switch to BC PNP EE?
I think the minimum requirement still CLB 7. I might wrong tho.
Well, I'm not really sure either, this is just based from what my ex-housemate told me.
He did IELTS test, he told me, his score not meet the requirement of CLB 7, so he did it again.

He is still waiting for his approval as well.

hello seniors

I applied under semi skill entry level in augest but my work permit going to expire next week but my consultant told me to apply visitor visa while application in process .
My question is
Does visitor record effect application but my employer still have job for me ,
Or
Is it necessery to have doing job in my category .
Plz give any advice

There is something called implied status. I'm not too sure if you need to apply for visitor visa.
But the waiting time for PNP is pretty long, I think the consultant chose the safety path for you, and if you are under Visitor Visa, no you can't work. If the federal government figured it out, your PR will be rejected.
